Gee-that's a lot of reading! Sorry about your obvious frustration.

When the septic was emptied, was the exit (to the field) checked for blockage?
Is it possible that the septic got so full at one time, the solids clogged the field drains?

I'm probably all at sea but trying to help.

Alan, As a matter fact, that wasn't checked! My landlord told me that when they were put in, (drain Fields), that the base sand was not the best. He thinks the sand is like clay, because he encountered this problem already before. I appreciate your input. Thank you. PLEASE, FOR EVERYONE!!!!! Do not post any more for this topic!!!!
