Hi Jon Rufty,
I just did a quick search myself and came up empty.Readers Digest Do-it-Yourself Manual,Time/Life books,or doing a little reading here is a good start.
You can assemble your own schedule for your home and put it on your computer by month or season.Microsoft Works has templates for setting up such a schedule or you can create your own.
It is also helful to track your energy use, service calls to outsiders, when you replaced equipment, painted a room, and on and on.HAVE FUN!

You might try checking the Home Depot site. They love to sell you the things you'll need for that purpose. www.homedepot.com
