I just purchased a home. While painting the place I found that when the sun goes down some of the interior walls begin to sweat. It has made painting quite a problem because the paint runs off the walls. The exterior of the house is brick, backed by cinder block walls, with plaster on the interior. Any information on how to stop this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

This is a problem that is common with the building materials used for the construction of your walls. You need to provide a moisture barrier between the plaster inner wall and the paint that you are applying. A similar barrier would be advisable on the exterior wall but I doubt you would want to apply a barrier over a brick facade.

Any good hardware/paint store can help with moisture barrier products. They are typically applied with roller or brushes just as paint would be. Good luck.
