- Hanging Roll-up Window Shade
Greetings all! I need some advice on hanging roll-up style window shades. I have attempted to hang two so far. Both shades operate, but both telescope to the left and get bound up on the mounting bracket. I have leveled them and they are as horizontal as can be. Any advice would be greatly appreciate.
couple of questions:
Have you verified that they're cut straight across the top and bottom? I think you could do this by pulling the blind fully down and verifying that it hangs straight and perpendicular to the roll.
Have you tried operating the shades with your opposite hand to make sure you're not angling it unintentionally?
Is the roll, for any reason, thicker on one end than the other?
