I've noticed a small bulge in my new formica counter tops. I've left a message for the company how made and installed them. I would like to be prepared on Monday when they call back with it won't hurt or effect the top in anyway line.... suggestions are wanted. thanks

Does the area appear loose like and air bubble under the laminate, is it more like the laminate has a piece of debris under it, or is the area solid?

Just thinking - - Have you tried looking at it from underneath? Can you see anything from there?
