Why does our home have a strange odor when we open up the windows. When the house is closed up we never smell it. It is not a sewer smell nor a moldy/musty smell. The best way to describe it is that it smells similar to the odor put out by some types of air purifiers.... like ozone. Please help us solve our problem so we can enjoy opening up our house for some "fresh air". Thank you.
