I successfully put on 2 coats of oil-based Polyurethane on my hardwood floors this weekend (layered thickly), when some spots started "wrinkling" when I started lightly sand the floor to prep for the 3rd coat. The 2nd layer of varnish tore in spots, causing the wrinkling. QUESTION: Since I had to put on a 3rd coat anyway, will it cover these spots? Or will they become more prominent? How do I repair them? Thanks!
