I moved in a hold house who was built around 1932.I took off the wall-paper in my daughter's room to find out that the dry-wall was put up-side down....the brown paper on top. When I took off the wallpaper it chipped bits and pieces off the dry-wall. Should I just paint over it, redo the dry-wall, plaster it??? I need help quick..my daughter wants her room back!!!
