For about the past month or so we have been noticing a musty smell through out the house. Our house was built around 1940. We moved in a year ago & had a complete home inspection in which no major problems were shown. In December we had some windows replaced & found a lot of rotten wood caused by water damage. We had the wood replaced. Could we have more rot or mold in the walls. Who do we need to call about this?
