I have a mahogany deck with PT wood rails. The deck is 3 yrs old. I originally used cabot australian oil for the mahogany deck, it didn't even last 1 season. I just recently power washed the deck and plan to try a different product. Any suggestions? I also plan to stain the PT rail with a solid white oil stain.
