My wood floor is warping in certain places throughout the house. The house is on peirs with a concrete scerting around the outside. After some crawling around under the house, I found water dropplets on the underside of the flooring along with a white fungus. It has been raining alot(16inch in June) so the ground is very wet. When I was under the house I noticed the ground was very damp. The only openings are retangular spaces in each side of the house and the small opening I went through so it may take a while to dry. I guess my question is: After all the rain is gone and all is dry, will the flooring return to normal or should I take certain measures to fix the problem now? Such a chemical to put on the underside of the floor?Thank you for being patient.
