I am looking at a 125 yr old log home in Tennessee. It was relocated 35 yrs ago. The main house is in good shape but there is an addition off the back that has some floor problems as in it slopes quite a bit and is somewhat "wavey". My question is what can I do about this and how much is it going to cost to have it done. There is around 450 square feet.
