I live in an apartment building bathroom has a window. Whether the window is open or closed after a shower the walls outside the shower are dripping wet. Paint also bubbles and I always have mold. Any suggestions. Thx

well depending on the apartments contruction(wood, masonary, concrete) it would be a talk with the landlord/building owner.but codes allow a window or a fan and some people won't give you both.

there are fans that go into the window opening ,that are usually sold as fans to keep you cool in the summer. they are about a foot high and adjustible for width (some have 2 fans in it). this would be a quick alternative if you can't get a bathroom fan in.

this is for moisture problem..
