I have an "access master" garage door opener

For some reason when you click the remote or the wall remote,the door will not open or close fully without stopping.A series of ten light flashes follows.I know this is significant,and is trying to tell me the problem.The only thing is we bought this house used and i do not have an owners manual.Can anyone help me with this problem.
