Hello all. I bought a house last year in PA. On the disclosure it states that the roof was replaced in August '03. I just found out from the contractor that supposedly installed it that he only replaced the mansards, not the main part of roof (which is roughly 20 yrs old and has been leaking off/on since I moved in). Now I'm faced with $1500 for repairs now plus I will need a new roof in a few years. I've already contacted my realtor, but does anyone here have any opinion on whether or not I have any kind of legal recourse? Anyone have a similar experience?
Thanks in advance...

Hi Brian,
You might consider posting this to the Real Estate forum. It might get some more attention there.
Interesting question. It might be worth asking a real estate attorney. Did you hire a home inspector?
