Question: I am getting ready to redo my bathroom and I am thinking of loosing the linen closet and part of the third bedrooms closet to get more space in the bathroom.. but my question is how big does the bedroom closet have to be to still be considered a bedroom and not a den????

Hi Bonnita,
This would be a better question for the real estate forum (or if you happen to know any realtors).
I thought that as long as the room has a useable closet, it can be considered a bedroom. But I just found this article which seems to refute that to some degree: http://www.toronto.com/feature/12676/64.html
If it were me, I think I'd ask a realtor...even if it means dropping into an office and talking to a couple. (I dislike surprises down the road!)
