We're having problems with a belt sander: Craftsmen model #113225900. Despite all effort, adjustments etc. the sanding belt will not stay on unit. Any suggestions, support #s, etc. are appreciated.

On the side of the sander is a tracking knob that needs to be turned to keep the belt from running off. The key to the knob is that you must turn it in very small increments apprx. 1/16" at a time until it stays put. It is a tedious task but it makes you a little more careful with the handling of the sander.
