Kenmore sewing machine instructions

I have misplaced my instrution manuel for my Kenmore sewing machine. Model# 385. 17324990 Serial# 93014790.

I need to know what settings to do a 'stretch stitch.

Can anyone help me?

I just received this Kenmore model sewing machine from my grandmother, who received it when her sister died recently. there is no manual, or power cord(foot pedal). Do you have any information about this sewing machine; should I buy (if I can find) the manual and power cord?
