Hi, I was really hoping someone else would answer this post, as I can't offer professional advice.
But be a little careful before you proceed. I've heard that speed bumps cam be a liability issue. Not sure why this would be--perhaps because they get covered by snow and people hit them too fast?
If you do find out anything about the liability issues, etc., would you please post back and let us know...good luck.
