I am a preschool teacher of 3 and 4 year olds. We have a clmber/tree house outside that I would like to add a simple pulley system to. It would be used by a child at the bottom, filling a small bucket and lifting it to a child at the top. I have looked and looked for a plan or diagram and can not find one. Can you help me??

I can buy such at any hardware store or sporting goods store around here, also at boating/sailing supply places.
But - You may be incurring a liability if you do not design this system with a fail-safe backup to keep a bucket of soil from spilling or falling onto another if the one pulling it up loses his/her grip
