I want to purchase a dog door and need some suggestions for brands. This will be installed in a wall and not a door. What works? What doesn’t? Thanks ahead of time!

I have heard good things about the doors that open an close based on proximaty of a transmitter on the dogs collar. Those are pretty expensive though.
I have seen normal magnetic dog doors at Menards for less than at the pet stores.
