Hail damage appears to have dried out my wooden fencing (possibly redwood) - the spikes are splitting apart at the top and many of the posts are now loose. In addition, my fiberglass hot tub has many small cracks around the top, the vinyl strapping is cracking, etc.

Does anyone know how I explain this to my insurance company? At present they are denying the claim. Is there a specialist I can contact to get an expert opinion? Any help would be appreciated.
