We are remodeling our kitchen and have retrieved the porcelain cast iron sink out of my Grandmother's old farm house. I would love to have it in my new kitchen. It isn't damaged but the porcelain seems thin in the bowl area. I have been told not to have the synthetic porcelain applied as it will peel and scratch easily. I would like to have real porcelain applied and baked on but I can't seem to find a place that does this in the East (Ohio, KY, WV, VA, MD, PA). Does anyone know of a place or have other ideas? Thanks in advance for your help!
