Wiring a telephone jack

I am attempting to convert an old 4 prong phone jack to a new phone jack, but I have 3 black wires and I am not sure how to know which is which. Any suggestions on how to do this?

each black line is for 3 different lines,you have to check for a dial tone with each one.plug your phone in and touch each one to the black on the phone jack.make sure red is hooked up first.
