Someone please give me advice!!! When I flush my bathroom toilet and then go to wash my hands at the bathroom sink...when I am through and try to turn the faucet off(and it is in the off position)the water remains running from the sink faucet!!!(cold water only) I have to actually go under the sink to turn that faucet off in order for it to stop!!!
