i have terrible arthritis and would so love an outdorr spa. right now i have an aboveground pool and i am debating on getting rid of it and replacing it with a spa instead. but do not know costs involved. what could i expect in prices? can the pool be sold somehow, and for what? it's got a new liner, but is 15 years old, 24' round. neither of my kids use the pool much anymore, only my 13 year old, sometimes. are spas hard to maintain?

tia.
