I have never used a shaper but use my router table to edge and shape. Would a shaper do the same thing and better? I found a used Sears shaper, 15+ years old with about 15 cutters for $300. and am considering it. Any thoughts. I'm on new ground here, any comments from one with experiance would be welcome.
