My parents just installed a tankless hotwater heater for their home. They have had several rennovations going and one was to put in this tankless water heater! When we take showers, the hot water comes out, then turns cold, then back to hot, etc... It is very frustrating and the guy who installed it is puzzled too. HELP!

Try posting this in the plumbign section.

But also give the make and model.

And and have contacted the manufacture.

This is a common complaint with tankless heaters because they cannot keep a consistent heat especially when large volumes of water are being drawn from multiple sources.

If you want consistent temperature water, go back to a conventional tanked model.
