I have a fireplace with a flagstone facade from floor to ceiling. I want to attach a mantel to the masonry. The mantel will be a solid board supported by two "legs", much like a shelf. How do I attach the "legs", or supports, to the flagstone??? (the supports will be four to six inches wide with a decorative scroll cut).
