I keep being pulled toward this home, have looked @ several, it needs work, I think i can do alot of it paint, take down wallpaper, pull carpet, etc... ? is how do I know if it is worth it.? It is smaller than i need but i really want it and is in my price range. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
