Miami Carey medicine cabinet

I need a couple of replacement shelves and the brackets to hold them for my Miami Carey bathroom cabinet model CRP-357-34 installed in 1992. Anybody know of a usable substitute?

Check home depot or lowes. I'm not sure what you could use to substitute it with.
