I bought a tankless water heater. On the box it says Fantastique and it says Model JCE40. On the heater itself it say JC1. We just hooked it up and are having problems. It seems like it is just not heating the water. We get just a little hot water and then it is cold again. Perhaps someone could tell us what to do or what to look for or who to get ahold of. Thanks
