I have a ecowater water softener. Recently we found out that it makes a lot of noise, kind of like the flushing noise only continuously. As I investigate further, apparently water run out through the drain continously when in use even though the system is not recharging. If I turn it off (bypass), then it stop.

Obviously the water should not be coming out from drain but I couldn't find anything wrong with the system. I check the salt, and nothing seems to be stuck. I charge the system and it is filling up the brine tank, but afterward, it continue to drain water out. Can anybody help me with this?
