Can I buy a product that I can patch the metal with? Don't wanna buy a new fridge, it's only a few years old...

I need a little help, I was defrosting my Bar fridge and was getting the ice out w/a screwdriver and I managed to tap the top of the freezer section, and next thing i knew it is hissing at me and all the pressure is coming out. if I plug it in the slight hissing starts again.It's a very small hole about the size of a period . here's my question..

Patching the hole is the least of your problems!
The refrigerant will need to be recharged by a licensed refrigeration technician which around here starts at about $150. They may be able to repair the hole but if not, replacing the evaporator will be required. They can run anywhere from $40-$150+.
If you've run it for any length of time, moisture was likely sucked into the hole and has now contaminated the system which could result in damage to the compressor. If it is also needed, they start at about $150.
In most cases once such damage has been done to a refrigerator, it is most cost effective to replace it, especially small bar type fridges. Sorry.
BTW. If you even attempt to repair the damage yourself, I don't know a licensed refrigeration technician which will touch it afterward.

I have not run it at all since, it was unplugged and when it happened, it just hissed for about 20 minutes then. could it be possible that it kept enough gas in it to still work if i patch the hole w/steel epoxy?

No. The gas is the system is pressurized so all of it has most likely leaked out by now. The refrigerant charge also needs to be exact, there is no extra in there to spare. Sorry.
