KEC Mobile Applications Remote code

I have a KEC Color TV and VCP in my conversion van. I am trying to get the remote codes for these. I have a RCA Universal System Link 3. Any Help would be appreciated!

The company is KEC Mobile Applications. No luck on the system 3. Did a code search, nil. The rca uses 3 digit codes, and I believe these to be 4 digits. Does anyone know the website for KEC? I searched , no luck.
