So far, I've been unable to find a product that will completely, permanently seal grout. I thought I'd found something, applied three coats, followed all directions, only to discover the first time a spill occurred, there was a lasting stain, which has not responded to the manufacturer's clean up products. Is there any such thing as a permanent, all purpose seal for grout?
