If you plan on using it in a home I encourage you to go with the ceramic heaters. The red hot coils are waiting for anything to touch them and start a fire.

Make sure it has a tip-over control so it shuts off if it tips over.

Energy efficiency, I don't know, thay all use watts, compare the wattage of each.
