About every two days, I have to mop up around three cups of water that is coming out of the front side of the frig., under the crisper. What could I try to repair the leak and where is the water leaking from. It is definitely not from items put in the frig.

Without even telling us what brand fridge it is help will be minimal but I can almost guarantee it is from the freezer defrosting.
When a self defrosting freezer defrosts the water goes down a hose into a tub/pan where the water sits until it evaporates. Your hose may have come out of that pan from moving the fridge to clean behind and under.
The other possibility is that the water in the door hose is leaking, if you have water/ice dispenser in the door.

Another common possibility is the evaporator pan that is supposed to catch the water is missing or dislodged. Remove the front grill and take a look if this pan is in place and if it has water in it. If dry, check for drain line placement and try to adjust the tray to catch the water. While you are at it, clean the coils.
