We have a GE side by side Refrigerator(approx. 5 yrs. old). It has a leak somewhere inside the Ice-maker. When we took the tray out the water was steadily leaking out. Please help we don't even know where to start. Thank You.

Some model# helps.

Where exactly are you seeing the water/ice? A leak from the icemaker in the freezer usually results in icicles or a blob of ice somewhere as well.

The ice bin/bucket is what you removed?

Water was still entering the icemaker all the time?

Might be a good idea to shut off the water supply to the refrigerator until you get the problem(s) resolved.
