Maytag's Neptune Stackable Washer/Dryer
My new Maytag Flooded my new hardwood floors in my kitchen with inn the first 3 weeks.
As I understand from the Maytag repairperson that the detergent / bleach hose became disconnected. Maytag came out on 7/20/04 and repaired for the first time. This how now happened 3 times, same problem. I am awaiting for Maytag to come again, its a shame that I will be required to take off a day from work yet again for the repair to happen since they come in 3 to 4 hour window time slots, last time there were 3 hours late. Maytag said this is the first time this has happened. I am now on the third time just for my washer. I find this hard to believe.
Any suggesting on what to do would be helpful, I am now dealing with their claim center, they are less then helpful and rude. The damages from water damage are close to $22,000. It’s a nightmare!

Supply your work phone# to the service company and ask them to call ( EG 15-30 minutes ahead ) when they are going to your home so you can leave and meet them.
**I am now dealing with their claim center, they are less then helpful and rude**

Maybe suggest they replace the hose(s) and hose clamp(s) if they keep comming off!?!?
