Hi all! I have a Lady Kenmore washer model #110-828-911-20. It has always worked great until now.

All I did was rotate it to face front in the laundry closet (It had been facing right.) Now it spins & acts like it's draining but it will not drain all the way. (It leaves about 2 - 4" of water in the bottom) A second (sometimes 3rd) spin cycle usually takes care of the problem.

I did check to make sure the drain hose was not bound or twisted. The machine is also leveled (as good as this one ever gets.) Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Comes up for me as a direct drive style built by Whirlpool for *****.

That's the first thing I thought of, I'd double check to see if it is related to the move or a BIG coincidence that it started right after you shifted over the washer.

The pump is driven by the motor...possible bad pump, something between the inner and outer baskets, something in the drain hoses leading to or from the drain pump, kinked hose....

Some take apart helps...
