I hope this is something simple, that I can fix quickly. This range was last used morning of 3/8. It is a Kenmore Model 911.93604010, with self cleaning, and electronic clock. The clock display, time, etc. all seem to work ok. The problem is that None of the cooktop burners or oven elements will heat up. The indicator lights come on showing that it is working and on, but no heat. Can anyone suggest what to check / replace? I find it odd that ALL elements would burn out at once. Is there a master fuse?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi,

-Sounds- like you have lost one of the two powers to the range...the 110 volt stuff works but the 220 volt stuff does not.

Blown house fuse, 1/2 tripped breaker, burnt wire ( esp where the power enters the range ) are most common trouble makers.

Thanks,

Yes, that is exactly what the problem appears to be, "bad breaker" I will know once I can get a replacement installed.

Thanks again

Jeff:

I think I got this corrected. Turns out that you were correct, the circuit breaker had failed on 1 of the line voltages. I was able to get it replaced today, and the range seems to be working correctly again.

Thanks for the help.

I have bookmarked your web site, and may have need to contact you again in the furture.

Thanks again,

Tim
