I cannot figure out how to change the water temperature on an old Kenmore Heavy Duty Washer Model# 110.81821110 Serial # 9363212 Stock# 18211. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know. As for right now it will only wash on a hot water temperature.

There doesn't seem to be a separate temperature control for your machine so maybe the different wash settings have each have a different temperature setting?

Maybe the machine needs service?

If the cold water tap was turned off or there was a sediment screen in the cold side's water hose that was blocked or the cold side of the water fill valve (see the following link) was defective, it might account for having only hot water fills, regardless of washer settings.
