I am soon to buy a refrigerator and freezer for house we're building - leaning toward Whirlpool Sidekicks or Kenmore Elite twins; can you tell me anything good or bad about them?

Have had mine since 2003 and just love them, wouldn't trade for any
other applicance on the market. In fact, my daughter keeps asking me for them. Get them, you will not be disappointed. Clean up very well too.

Someone brought up previuosly that they can not be totally enclosed like they are often seen in marketing pictures. I believe a 2" open space is needed surrounding them.
BTW. I believe they are made by W.C. Wood Co. (aka "Wood's") for Whirlpool and Sears.
