Defrost drain may be clogged/restricted and the defrost water cannot go down the drain and is leaking inside....something to help....

The information at that link would pertain to just about any make of frost-free refrigerator, yes. SxS models are designed a bit differently than top-freezer fridges though.

You can read more on the same subject (although possibly not for your exact model of fridge though) at this link. It shows one SxS style.
