HELP!!!!We are putting Crown Molding on top of our kitchen cabinets & one of the cuts is an inside one at 45dgr's (not 90). My question is: Does this inside cut need to be coped, even though it isn't a sharp 90 degree angle??? And also can screws be used in place of nails to mount the molding? (this molding is mostly particle board)
HELP!!!! and THANKYOU!!!!!

To get a good fit, you'll want an angle cut.
As to using screws, you could do it but it would be more work. (This assumes you're going to paint the moulding.) You'd need to countersink the screws and then fill and sand before painting.

Use glue up crown moldings with a flat back design. Works every time!
