I have an old Kenmore washer. It drains the water, but when it goes into the spin mode it

will sometimes spin slowly. Not fast enough to eliminate the water that is still in the clothes. Sometimes it doesn't spin at all. If you start to spin it with your hand it may start spinning, but very slow. You can hear it clicking to engage kind of on and off. Any ideas of what the problem could be?
