I have a very old Caloric gas stove/oven. Model number unknown (circa 1940/50?). The two front burner assemblies need to be replaced/fixed. When I removed the assembly there is a number "98547". There is also a capital "A" where the assembly meets the knob.

Can anyone point me in the direction to replace or get the part fxied?

Thanks.

You can try some of the companies listed at the following link, they are involved in appliance restoration:

** Model number unknown **

Of course, if you could find the actual model and serial number identification tag, we might be bale to look up to see if new replacement parts were available with its model number. You can read about the usual places it can be found in the 'Repair Parts' section of my web site linked below.

JFYI

I located the Model number and serial number but not in the likely places based on information for the Caloric Gas range published. The top is not removable, but when I looked thru the hole of the rear burner I saw the tag.

The Model is 73PX

The Serial Number is 1112272

As I mentioned the front burner part has the number "98547".

I've been thru most of the sites entering the model number with not much success.

Any additional info on the part I'm looking to repair/replace would be appreciated.

Thanks again.

** The Model is 73PX **

I'm afraid I have no listing for that model, sorry.

Again, you could try some of the appliance restoration companies at the link I previously supplied to see if they can repair the original.
