Some potato peels got down my garbage disposer and now it is plugged up. It's not jammed, it just continues to grind away but nothing goes down. What can I do to fix it?

Likely will have to disconnect the drain plumbing to clean it out and possible even remove the unit from it's mount to clean up the clogg.
-Do not- use any chemical cleaners in the food waste disposal!
