Thanks again for such a prompt response.

No luck with either link. It takes me to a wonderful website, but nothing. I did link over, however, to www.pcappliance.com and checked out something in there. The model number came up at a Point And Click Repair website that was out there and I clicked on 'Contact Us' to inquire if an owner's manual could be found. It appears that Tappan® products fall under a White Consolidated (USA) /WCI (Canada) manufacturing company. I'm hoping that I get some feedback from them.

In the interim, besides the 2 links you provided me, are there any other links that you can think of that would be good to try?

Did you not see and try the link described "Frigidaire - North American products including Electrolux Icon, Gibson, Kelvinator, ** Tappan **, and White Westinghouse"?? It worked for me.

Missed it? I sure did! I got to the site, plugged in my model number and was able to download a .pdf file formatted document of that owner's manual.
